Cancellation Policy
Date: April 26th 15 minutes + 5 minute buffer (selected time between 5-6p.m.) Cost: $175.00 with additional upgrade available Timeline to gallery: 2 weeks after photoshoot Providing: Clients can select 5 high resolution photos for download from a watermarked gallery. Upgrade option: If clients wish to upgrade to the full gallery they can do so for an additional $125.00 within a week of the invoice sent after gallery delivery. Arrival & Lateness: Clients should arrive (e.g. 10 minutes early) and the impact of being late beyond 5 minutes will result in rescheduling of your session. Guests should sign the waiver to the studio prior to arrival (email will be sent). There is a waiting room just outside the studio doors. Washrooms are down the main hallway. Directions to the studio will be emailed from laura@lauramacbphotography.ca Studio Guest Policy: Only families of 5 max may attend due to the nature of mini session. A full hour sessions is advisable for larger groups. Wardrobe & Styling: A style guide will be emailed to you after booking. No outfit changes due to the short nature of the shoot. Prop & Equipment Safety: This policy prohibits guests from damaging expensive studio gear and the photographer holds the right to hold clients financially responsible for accidental damages of studio. Creative Control & Style: LauraMacB Photography retains "creative license," meaning the final artistic decisions on lighting, posing, and editing are under the photographers discretion. Editing Boundaries: "Standard editing" will be applied within the photographers creative style includes (e.g., colour correction) but options such as "advanced retouching" (e.g., body contouring) will not be provided. Unedited/RAW Files: Raw files nor unedited files will not be released. Office Hours: Photographer will be available via text or email with 24-48hr grace period for response. Gallery Expiration: Gallery will expire after 12 months Social Media Tagging: If photos are shared online please include tagging and/or and @lauramacbphotography in description or story. No additional editing, cropping or filters may be applied. Cooperation & Conduct: Refunds aren't given for uncooperative subjects (like children) or a lack of personal aesthetic preference after the fact.
